Rooted Teams in Restless Times

Hi Friend,

Thank you so much for being a part of the Reloveution community in some way or another. Even if we've never met or you've never officially engaged beyond reading my occasional emails, I consider your presence in my orbit a gift. Your inbox is sacred, and I feel honored to occupy a small space in it!

Yesterday, I got a very strong nudge to reach out to all of you about a few things that are on my mind, but I stopped myself because...

...I just emailed them last week.
...I don't want to annoy people.
...I promised I'd only send one email each month.
...People are so busy and inundated right now; I don't want to add to the noise.
...I don't have time to develop something perfectly polished and thoughtful.
...People will unsubscribe if I send too many emails (which probably means I'm unlovable and uninteresting).
...I don't want to be sales-y.

Then, I had a call with a coaching client during which we spent almost an hour talking about boundaries, authenticity, and interrupting/transforming limiting beliefs.

And came out of that call to an email from somebody who emails at least once a week, who I LOVE hearing from every time.

And now I'm dropping into your inbox this morning to challenge my own (likely untrustworthy) thoughts and trust my initial nudge to reach out.

I've been listening to my clients. I've been listening to my community members. I've been listening to my heart.

And it's become clear that in Q2 of this year, I am being called to help leaders and organizations build, sustain, and nurture Rooted Teams in a Restless World. I love this image of teams strengthening roots at a time when the larger world feels so chaotic, fast-moving, and uncertain.

Roots don’t resist the wind; they anchor us through it.
And gosh...it's blustery out there.
But mannnnnnn, there's so much opportunity for us to grow goodness and magic, too!

Practically, this focus means that I am preparing to lean hard into two lanes of my business: Team Culture & Leadership Coaching/Advisory.

These aren't new things for me, but it feels important to make the implicit explicit and tell you exactly what I'm doing. This catalog lays it out in more detail! PLEASE share with others.
