Your Mid-Year Reset Starts Here

Dear Friend,

Whether we like it or not, we're halfway through 2025. I hope you are doing well enough, taking good care of yourself, and getting the care you need and deserve. Thanks for being part of our year so far.

As we gently drift into Q3, here are some questions I’m holding and reviewing with many of my coachees as a soft mid-year reset:

  • What’s feeling most aligned, easeful, or energizing right now?
  • Where am I leaking time, energy, or attention?
  • What do I want the second half of 2025 to feel like, and what needs to shift to get there?
  • What am I proud of from the first half of the year that I haven’t celebrated yet? How can I honor my wins and celebrate my big and small achievements this month?

I invite you to take a moment today or this week to reflect on or journal about these prompts (independently or with your team). Even a five-minute pause can help you reconnect to your values, your vision, and your capacity to lead with intention. And if you need help? We're here!

Since my sabbatical in the fall, I have been doing a lot of thinking about the best way to "update" my services and ensure that you and the rest of my faithful followers know what I'm doing and how I can help. I've decided to use July to do just this with all of you. And, I'm hoping that my website will catch up to my brain by the end of the summer.

Today, I will share a bit about Reloveution, and over the next six weeks, I will offer some more specific details about each of our buckets of work, including services, stories from the field, a few tips and tricks, and a relevant free tool you can use right away.

I want these emails to be fun, too, so look out for easter eggs (🥚) and secret giveaways (🤫) in each one! Hint: there's one in this email!

How do you say Reloveution?

It's love in the center of the revolution, and phonetically, is pronounced Ree-love-ooshun or Reh-love-ooshun. Focus on the love part, and you'll be right every time!


What is Reloveution?

Reloveution helps organizations and leaders leverage the magic of humanity to strengthen teams, deepen leadership impact, and catalyze professional well-being. Through transformational learning and community experiences—such as workshops, retreats, coaching, and strategic advisory services—we equip leaders and teams to build trust, navigate complexity, resolve conflict, and create cultures where people thrive. Our approach is deeply relational, trauma-informed, and firmly grounded in equity, care, and courage.

We also run the Millennial Manager Collective, a virtual community that helps millennial leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs build the skills, mindsets, and community they need to thrive in the modern world of work.

Who We Work With

Organizations: We primarily partner with small and midsize teams, including nonprofits, schools, foundations, start-ups, and mission-driven small businesses. However, we have worked in nearly every industry over the last 5.5 years (from healthcare to tech to the arts), and our solutions are widely applicable across sectors. For better or worse, humans are remarkably consistent!

Leaders: Our public programs and coaching are designed for mid-, senior-, and executive-level leaders and changemakers who have real responsibility and seek to lead with greater humanity, authenticity, equity, strategy, and impact, without burning out or martyring themselves.

TLDR: Whether we’re partnering with an entire organization, supporting a small team, or coaching a single leader, we work with people who are ready to lead and work differently and who believe that strong teams, thoughtful management, and human-centered practices are key to lasting impact.
