Let’s Take Care of the People Who Hold It All Together 💛

Person clasps hands in prayer, city in the background.

Hi Friend!
Happy Summer!! This is a shameless but sincere note on a very very hot Monday. I have two big asks for my community this week, and I hope you will read and consider them with the love they are being sent with.

It has always been important to me that Reloveution operates as more than just a business. This work is part of a larger movement that puts love at the center of the revolution. We strengthen teams, deepen leadership impact, and catalyze professional well-being, AND we listen deeply to what the world needs, trying our damndest to respond thoughtfully and responsibly.

In this season, this has meant amping up our efforts to support the incredible leaders and changemakers who do the holding, the managing, the showing up, the staying late, and the making-it-work even when they’re tired, demoralized, or afraid.

It has also meant asking ourselves and others: Who’s taking care of the people who take care of everyone else?

Maybe that's you. Maybe it's your direct report. Maybe it’s someone in your organization. Maybe it’s your best friend, your mentee, or your favorite colleague. Maybe it's your kid. Maybe it's your neighbor's aunt's daughter's neighbor.

Here's the core question:

Who do you know or who in your orbit is doing the hard, heart work of leading or creating change right now, and could use real support and community?

If even one name came to mind, please share one or both of the following opportunities with them:

Ask #1: Last call for the Millennial Manager Collective

Enrollment for our summer cohort closes in one week, and it’s the perfect space for millennial leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs to grow their confidence, skills, and community. It's also a space for them to:
- Stop second-guessing themselves
- Learn practical, people-first management tools
- Connect with others who get it
- Feel less alone in the chaos of team dynamics, expectations, and pressures of today's workforce
Sound like you? Join here by June 30!
Sound like someone you know? This is perfect for new managers, team leads, project coordinators, founders, and "accidental managers." Nominate a potential member or forward this email to a leader or changemaker who could benefit from this kind of support.

Ask #2: Help us get the word out about the Changemaker (Re)Boot Camp

This August, we’re gathering frontline workers, community organizers, nonprofit staff, and social change leaders for a 4-day experience designed to help them rest, reconnect, and remember why they started. Registration is on a sliding scale with many partial scholarship spots available. Learn more at https://bit.ly/changemaker-reboot.
We need your help reaching the people who need this most. Please take a moment to share this opportunity with your networks, especially if you're connected to grassroots or nonprofit organizations, funders, or individuals doing heavy emotional work.

Need language to share? Grab it here.

These two offerings—the Millennial Manager Collective and the Changemaker (Re)Boot Camp—are more than programs. They’re powerful interventions in a world that too often forgets the humans behind the hustle.

Whether you’re the one in need of support or you know someone who is, I hope you’ll take the next thirty seconds to take action.

Forward this email. Send a personal note. Nominate someone who deserves more than just surviving.

This is how we build a world where care is contagious and serving the world doesn’t come at the cost of our well-being.

With deep gratitude for your support,
Marissa

P.S. If you are the person who needs one of these spaces, don’t talk yourself out of it. This is your permission slip.

P.P.S. If you’re not able to join or share right now, that’s okay. Just know: you’re not alone, you’re not failing, and you deserve support, too. We're here if you need us! Just reach out!
