Hey There! Full transparency, I am writing this email while watching women leap off a mountain and flip a gazillion times in the air before somehow...not dying? I love the Olympics and the way it makes me feel inside. Invested. Connected. Proud. Impressed. Shocked. Focused. In Awe. And as I watch the Women’s Big Air finals unfold 3,000 miles away, I find myself thinking about you—my 3,000-ish email friends—many of whom make me feel a lot of those same emotions. Here’s why: So many of us right now are boldly leaping off metaphorical mountains without being able to see the ground. We’re twisting in midair. Sometimes gracefully. Other times, like toddlers mid-tantrum. Sometimes strategically. Other times, just letting gravity do what gravity does. It’s cold out here in 2026. So much feels frozen. Budgets are frozen. Hiring is frozen. Decision-making is frozen. Nervous systems are frozen. And still…we keep jumping. Not because we’re reckless. Because we care. Because we believe. Because the work matters. Because people and communities are depending on us. Because standing still isn’t actually safer. Right now, at Reloveution, I'm leaning into the cold and focusing on how my magic and expertise can help keep more of us warm. To help us all get big air, stick the landing, and not die in a season marked by hard things. And ideally, to help us avoid breaking any bones or losing our souls in the process of leaping off mountains. Even if we're shivering and afraid, I don't want us to lose our individual or collective ability to generate lift, to spin, to float, to dare, to create, to dream. And that requires hats, gloves, scarves, coats, helmets, and best-in-class snowboards. It also requires courage, open hearts, community, and trust. I invite you to choose your main event and then join me and others on the mountain. I’ll bring the protective gear, and together we’ll train, leap, and land in ways that make us and the world proud—maybe even podium-worthy🏅. 🏂🏽 Mutual Aid Leadership Learning InitiativeThis is a shared-investment professional development model designed specifically for financially-constrained times.
