Hey Friend, Happy Monday!! Whether you’ve been here for a while or just recently found your way to us, I’m really grateful you’re part of the Reloveution community. You’re part of a group of people who care deeply about how we work, lead, and show up for each other, and I hope being here helps you feel a little less alone. Today, I'm reaching out with a quick update. Last August, I launched ChatGMB: Wisdom & Insights for Modern Leaders as a private podcast, which means folks had to "sign up" to access the content. Full transparency: I did this to build my audience. To grow my list. And to create a bit of a funnel for Reloveution. But over the last month or so, it has started to feel off. Because the kinds of conversations I'm publishing are the types of things that people need access to in real time. And requiring a gate to access has started to feel misaligned with my values. The bottom line? Helping people matters more than subscription numbers, and impact can't be measured by list size. Soooooo... I'm opening it up. These are long-form audio "workshops", honest conversations with like-hearted people I respect and admire (or maybe even disagree with), and short, casual hot take episodes on the leadership and workplace culture topics/challenges that come up again and again in my consulting, coaching, and facilitation work. You can expect stories, tools, venting, brutal honesty, lots of standing on soapboxes, and so much more. Oh...and it's unedited! As an experiment in releasing perfectionist tendencies and a pattern of second-guessing if things are "good enough," I am trying to use ChatGMB as a space to riff and play. No fancy editing. No cuts. Just me (and sometimes others) talking for as long as it feels "right" on the topics that light or fire me up. Stutters. Brain farts. And my full humanity included. One note: Our three-part "Let's Talk About Layoffs" series is still behind a wall for now. That’s intentional to ensure the safety of the folks who shared their experiences and to make sure we have full consent before making those stories public. You can still access that series here. *** Opening this up feels a little vulnerable.
