This is the fourth of six installments about Reloveution and how we can support you and your team in the second half of the year (and beyond). Today, I'm going to share more about our coaching and advisory services.

We scratched the surface last week when I told you about our leadership and management development resources (read that one here if you missed it), but today, I want to dig deeper. Overview: Coaching & Advisory

Reloveution’s coaching and advisory services are designed for mid-career professionals, senior leaders, and executives who are seeking support on their professional journey. Whether you’re a new manager figuring out your leadership style, a VP making high-stakes decisions, or a changemaker seeking to heal from burnout, we offer on-demand and ongoing support that’s compassionate, personalized, and practical.

You'll notice that we refer to this as coaching and advisory, and just like everything we do, that language choice is intentional. We do both.

Sometimes, you need a thought partner who can ask the right questions, hold space, and help you uncover your own answers. That’s coaching.

At other times, you need someone who has been there, who can offer perspective, frameworks, and concrete guidance. That’s advisory.

We combine both in our approach, providing you with reflective support and actionable insights tailored to your context and needs.

Coaching & Advisory Services for Organizations

Based on your or your organization's specific needs, Reloveution offers:

Full-Organization Coaching Packages: Custom packages that provide coaching and advisory support across your organization (ideally for all staff, not just leaders). You can purchase a “bank” of sessions that teammates can access on demand over a set period, or designate a specific number of sessions for a certain number of staff members. Your team will have access to our robust and diverse network of experienced coaches, allowing individuals to choose the coach that best fits their needs.

Group/Team Coaching Packages: Support for teams, cross-functional groups, or cohorts of leaders to work through real-time challenges, mediate conflict, build connection, and strengthen shared skills. Sessions are grounded in the team's needs and combine skill development, live coaching, peer coaching, and strategic guidance.

Performance Improvement Coaching: Specialized coaching support for leaders placed on a Performance Improvement or Professional Development Plan. We focus on clarifying expectations, strengthening skill gaps, and helping people lead in alignment with both their values and the organization’s needs. This is offered in consultation with your HR department or with the person's direct manager.

Training Your Managers in Coaching Practices: We equip your managers and team leads with practical, accessible coaching tools they can use with direct reports, peers, and even themselves. Organization Transformation Story

An existing client had already invested in leadership and management development work with us, and they were looking to deepen learning for all 50 of their team members with something more personalized.

Together, we designed a simple yet powerful coaching initiative, wherein every staff member could opt into four one-on-one coaching sessions per year with no justification or approval required.

Within weeks of launching, 60% of the team signed up, including 100% of the Director team. That opt-in rate alone told us something important: people were hungry for spaces to reflect, process, and grow.

The outcomes?

All Access Advisory (AAA): Our most comprehensive support package offers unlimited access to coaching, advisory, tools, and thought partnership for either a quarter or a full year. This is ideal for executives or senior leaders who need high-touch, responsive, and strategic support over time. This can be open-ended but is often focused on a specific area (i.e., strategic planning, culture building, sabbatical planning, building new systems, etc.) or season of transition.

Ongoing Coaching & Advisory: Consistent 1:1 coaching and strategic thought partnership to support leaders as they navigate complex dynamics, grow their leadership style, and implement learning in real time. Best for leaders who want a trusted sounding board, personalized guidance, and a space to build capacity with confidence, clarity, and care. Our starter package is six sessions.

On-Demand Coaching: Just-in-time, issue-specific coaching sessions that offer grounded support and actionable insight when it matters most. Sessions can be booked in 15-minute to 2-hour blocks, perfect for in-the-moment clarity, decision-making, or leadership support. Book here.

Human Transformation Story

When E transitioned from the classroom to nonprofit leadership, she wasn’t just changing jobs, she was trying to find a more sustainable way to make a difference. She carried with her a strong sense of responsibility, deep care for her community, and a fierce work ethic. But like so many mission-driven leaders, E quickly found herself juggling too much with too little support.

Tips & Tricks for Integrating Coaching Into Your Culture

  1. Normalize Asking Questions Instead of (Immediately) Giving Answers. Encourage managers to lead with curiosity. Phrases like “What do you think is the best next step?” or “What feels like the biggest barrier right now?” shift the dynamic from directing to developing.
  2. Build Reflection Into Your Routines. Use one-on-one meetings, team check-ins, or project debriefs as opportunities for reflection and growth. Ask coaching-style questions like, “What worked well?” and “What would you try differently next time?”
  3. Train Managers in Coaching Micro-Skills. You don’t need everyone (or anyone)to become certified coaches. Focus on key skills like empathetic listening, powerful questions, and goal setting that improve communication and empower growth.
  4. Create “Coachable Moments” Spaces. Set aside time in meetings or on Slack for quick “I need a sounding board” conversations. This models support, builds psychological safety, and helps people get unstuck faster.
  5. Start at the Top. When leaders receive coaching, they become better coaches. Integrate coaching and advisory into leadership development so your senior team can model the mindset and practices you want to scale.
