Full-Organization Coaching Packages: Custom packages that provide coaching and advisory support across your organization (ideally for all staff, not just leaders). You can purchase a “bank” of sessions that teammates can access on demand over a set period, or designate a specific number of sessions for a certain number of staff members. All Access Advisory (AAA): Our most comprehensive support package offers unlimited access to coaching, advisory, tools, and thought partnership for either a quarter or a full year. This is ideal for executives or senior leaders who need high-touch, responsive, and strategic support over time. This can be open-ended but is often focused on a specific area (i.e., strategic planning, culture building, sabbatical planning, building new systems, etc.) or season of transition.
Ongoing Coaching & Advisory: Consistent 1:1 coaching and strategic thought partnership to support leaders as they navigate complex dynamics, grow their leadership style, and implement learning in real time. Best for leaders who want a trusted sounding board, personalized guidance, and a space to build capacity with confidence, clarity, and care. Our starter package is six sessions.
