Reloveution Is Expanding — Meet RepairWorks 🥳🛠️

Hi Friends!

This past weekend, I celebrated 9.5 birthdays (IYKYK), and I've been remembering another nine-year-old version of me.

Back then, I was the "fairly-elected" President of our neighborhood fort society. That's a much longer story for another day, but one of our core rituals as kiddos roaming and building in the woods was this:

Whenever an inevitable fight or argument broke out, someone would yell “TO THE ROCKS!” and we’d gather in a circle of giant boulders to hash it out so we could get back to the important work of having fun. #truestory

I was the mediator in that circle. The peacemaker. All before I even went to middle school.

The path from those mossy council rocks to today has been twisty and layered and full of growth (though not so much in physical height 🤣). But one thing is clear:

My affinity for conflict transformation stuck.

So, in celebration of this birthday — and almost three decades of helping humans move through hard things — I’m officially launching something that has been growing within Reloveution for the last couple of years.

RepairWorks: A focused conflict-transformation practice under Reloveution's ever-evolving umbrella.

Let me be clear: Reloveution isn’t changing. We're still here and committed to strengthening teams, deepening leadership impact, and preventing burnout.

RepairWorks is simply a more direct home for one powerful and growing slice of our work: helping people and organizations navigate tension, repair harm, and build real conflict competence in a world that needs it more than ever.

RepairWorks helps individuals, teams, organizations, and other established groups:

  • Prepare for high-stakes conversations before they blow up
  • Mediate active workplace conflict so trust and relationships can be rebuilt
  • Facilitate hard intergroup dialogues when tension is stalling progress
  • Build feedback, repair, and accountability skills across teams and hierarchy
  • Design systems that prevent small tensions from becoming big problems

The outcomes?
Less avoidance. Fewer explosions. Stronger relationships. Clearer agreements. Healthier culture.

Because here’s what we know:

Conflict is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be a crisis.
Disagreement can be uncomfortable, but it doesn’t have to mean division.
Repair doesn’t have to be dramatic.
And hard conversations don’t have to destroy trust.

With the right skills, structure, and support, conflict can actually be clarifying. Creative. Even connective.

To celebrate this launch (and my belated birthday), I’m offering you three ways to jump in:

1. Three New Tools to Download

We’ve created three practical, human-centered tools you can use immediately:

They’re designed to help you prepare for real conversations and navigate real conflict, not just think/dwell/ruminate/worry about them.

You can grab them all here: https://www.conflictrepairworks.com/resources

2. An April Fools Day Public Workshop: The Joy & Possibility of Disagreement

Yes, joy. Yes, possibility. Yes, disagreement.

This live session will explore how to move from fear-of-conflict to skill-with-conflict and show you how disagreement, when handled well, can strengthen leadership and teams.

If you’ve ever thought, “There has to be a better way to do this,” this is for you.

3. Birthday Offer: 50% Off a CDP + Debrief (Book by April 1)

If you want a deeper look at your conflict patterns and strengths, I’m offering 50% off a Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) assessment and debrief session for bookings made before April 1.

It’s one of the most insightful ways to understand your triggers, your default conflict responses, your strengths under stress, and your growing edges

Spots are limited, and this offer is only available during this launch window.

If conflict has been on your mind and you're interested in learning more about yourself, now’s the moment. Book here and use the code LAUNCH50 at checkout.

RepairWorks exists for leaders, teams, coalitions, and communities who want to:

  • Address conflict early instead of late
  • Make repair normal instead of rare
  • Build accountability without authoritarianism
  • Strengthen trust instead of quietly eroding it

If that’s you, please reach out or book a free conflict consultation!!

Thank you for being part of this journey. For your continued trust. For doing brave work in an increasingly complex world.

Here’s to another chapter of building healthier, more trust-positive ways of working, leading, and being.

With joy and excitement,
Marissa

P.S. If you’re not sure whether something belongs under Reloveution or RepairWorks, it doesn't matter at all. It's still just me, and we're still committed to building solutions specifically for YOU. We’ll figure it out together!!
